Here we have a few commonly asked questions that you may find helpful when choosing your product?
Q: Do you ship abroad?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide on a daily basis. If your country is not available for selection when in the checkout please contact us directly for a delivery quote. We have delivered our products to all corners of the world including Australia, Brazil, Japan, UAE, United States of America and lots more.
Q: How much weight can your drawers hold?
A: Our drawers have been designed to be able to hold 160 kg of weight distributed evenly throughout the drawer. That's approximately two average sized adults sat in our drawers together.
Q: I'm interested in one of your Storage Chests, could I have more than one lock installed?
A: Yes you can have two or three locks if needed in our Slimline and Standard Chests. Unfortunately our Micro Chest is too small for additional chests. If you require more than the standard, one lock per chest please contact us to discuss your needs as the additional locks will incur a charge.
Q: Can I put my window back into my vehicle if I install the Side Door and Frame?
A: Unfortunately not, no. Our Side Doors and Frames require you to square off the hole left by the window resulting in the window not being able to be reinstalled.
Q: Do you build bespoke items?
A: Yes we can build bespoke items, depending on the item. We have to make you aware that there will be a considerable lead time on bespoke items and in really busy periods we may have to decline the bespoke item completely.
Q: How much added height do you receive with your Deep Padded Armrest?
A: There is an additional 70mm height on our Deep Padded Armrest compared to the Genuine Land Rover Armrest. Please note our Deep Padded Armrest will only fit Defenders 2007 onwards.
Q. I'm not a fan of 5 bar chequer plate what other options do you have?
A: We are happy to offer you a flat aluminium finisher instead of the standard chequer plate (please contact us if you require this). We also have automotive carpet finish available, again please contact us to discuss this.
Q: Can you send me some fitting instructions for my item, I have lost mine?
A: Yes we can but first check the product page, we are placing links for the relevant instructions on each page. If there is no link yet the product you are after, please send us a message and we will send you the relevant information. All products are sent out with fitting instructions inside the fitting kit.
