Land Rover Defender 1.1m Goliath Load Area Store Drawer

Our LARGEST Drawer just got BIGGER! The 1.1m Goliath Drawer is the largest drawer we manufacture that is the same height as the wheel arches in a Land Rover Defender. It has been redesigned in 2015 so that the offset on the offside has been reduced, resulting in a larger drawer capacity. When fully opened this drawer spans an impressive 2120mm. Fitted with extremely heavy duty, full extension runners that are rated 160kg, this drawer does not only have the room to carry almost anything, but also the strength to match. As with all our drawers, the 1.1m Goliath has a smooth sliding system that will never let you down. Its design and construction ensures that the drawer is built to the highest quality possible. Support beams across the drawer mean that a vast amount of weight can be stored on top of the drawer without effecting the drawers operation. Like with the Superline Drawer, the 1.1m Goliath has also been designed with a reinforced drawer floor. This gives the drawer more rigidity, increasing its strength and reliability.

The drawer is installed with a high quality and very secure, SouthCo locking paddle latch. This can be key-a-liked to other products if necessary. Additionally there are two holes where you can attach padlocks for added security and peace of mind. The offset (which has recently been reduced) includes a lockable ‘Space Saver Door’. This creates a very useful space beside the drawer as well as the drawer being able to fit up to the rear door and not interfere with the door mechanism.

To make installation easier and quicker the Standard Store Drawer has pre-installed hexserts. This means that there are no more spinning bolts resulting in the drawer being able to be installed by just one person.
